Proof of completion of a training program that minimally meets the objectives of the University of Maryland Baltimore Campus CCEMTP Program.
A completed Paramedic Critical Care Endorsement Application through your KEMSIS account.

The course shall be a minimum of eighty (80) hours in length and cover the subjects found here.

If you would like to request the review of a CCEMTP course that is not on the above approved list, please send a copy of the course syllabus, with a breakdown of the subject hours, and a letter from the Program Coordinator stating that the course meets the requirements found in the KBEMS CCP required course content to bob.andrew@ky.gov

202 KAR 7:401 Paramedic Section 14 Critical Care Endorsement

A Kentucky Board of EMS License paramedic must meet the below requirements and submit proof of completion for the following items if requested:

Successful completion of a Board approved training program that minimally meets the objectives of the University of Maryland Baltimore Campus CCEMTP Program.
(a)Kentucky Board of EMS Critical Care Equivalency Course Requirements
(b)Kentucky Board of EMS Approved Critical Care Course
Complete a Paramedic Critical Care Endorsement Application through your KEMSIS account
No person shall be eligible for license if disqualified in accordance with KRS 311A.050 and KRS 311A.090, Please contact KBEMS legal at KBEMS.Legal@ky.gov if you have any legal questions concerning your eligibility for Paramedic license.
Pursuant to 202 KAR 7:030, there is no fee for Paramedic Critical Care Endorsement.
