The Kentucky Board of Emergency Medical Services Board of Directors voted to accept the documents below to outline the skills allowed by each EMS provider level. Please be aware that thes are only advisory documents.
These documents contain a list of allowable skills, separated by provider level, for Kentucky EMS professionals.
Inclusion on these lists only indicate that a specific skill is allowable, per the KBEMS Approved Provider Scope of Practice. The medical director of each agency may limit, at their discretion, the skills allowed within an agency.
