 As of September 1, 2021, most meetings held by the Kentucky Board of EMS will allow for virtual attendance, unless stated otherwise.  In-person attendees should RSVP to KBEMS.Meetings@ky.gov, and plan to arrive early enough to be screened through security and escorted to the meeting room.​  During virtual attendance, to count as present for quorum and voting, Board & Committee Members will be required to have both audio and video capabilities.

 Meetings are scheduled approximately one year in advance with the occasional cancelation due to lack of  quorum. The most up to date information can be found on our calendar under the "News and Events" section of our website.

Agendas and Meeting Minutes

If a person desires to have a matter placed on the agenda for the regular board, that person must submit a written request to the . This request shall be submitted no less than (20) working days prior to a board meeting and include the following:

• The matter requested to be placed before the board
  
• The action desired on the matter
  
• Documentation in support of the request
• Name, address, telephone number, and e-mail of the person or organization submitting the request
• Name, address, telephone number, and e-mail of each person requesting to speak at the board meeting

The submission of a request for a matter to be placed on the agenda at a regular board meeting shall not guarantee that the matter will be placed on the agenda, or the sequential order of a matter approved for the agenda on the agenda.​
